Losing It...(Hopefully Not My Mind)..

Hey, my name is Kerrie. I am over a year into my journey of getting healthy...I have had some major ups and downs, but with the help of my dietician, gym, and Spark, I'm learning how to be healthy. I have currently lost 55+ pounds of unhealthiness which makes me a little more than my goal of 100 pounds lost. How are you liking the Orgain?

I used to struggle with being flexible, but over time I learned to go with the flow. I still prefer planning and having plans, but I leave room for making changes as I see fit. You'll get there too I bet. :)
