Losing It...(Hopefully Not My Mind)..

I figured its time to update this ole about me section...I'm stuck...I'm stuck in a big fat year long rut....I haven't really lost any, but then again I haven't really gained any either...I suppose that is a positive....But I'm ready to make this summer the best that it can be! Here is to hoping!

Hey, my name is Kerrie. I am over a year into my journey of getting healthy...I have had some major ups and downs, but with the help of my dietician, gym, and Spark, I'm learning how to be healthy. I have currently lost 55+ pounds of unhealthiness which makes me a little more than my goal of 100 pounds lost. I have learned that I have a love of zumba (although my body doesn't move quite like it should), a thrill off body pump (why yes, I'm getting muscles), and a love/hate relationship with running (love the thought of running but hate the fact I'm slower than slow and have a very uncooperative body)...

I am not sure that they sell shorts specific to running, but I got a shirt for my hubby at Vista Print. I hope this helps you!
