My Goals:
I am on a mission to combat the evils of heart disease and high blood pressure by eliminating my current meat and potatoes diet and replacing it with a heart-healthy diet.

My Program:
- lower daily sodium/salt intake
- raise Omega-3 daily intake
-eat whole grains

follow a general anti-inflammatory diet
