Time for a change.

Time to change this intro and time to start focusing harder on myself and my health issues rather than everyone else's. They'll need to start taking care of themselves if they can't follow my lead!! I do need to also focus more on the fruits and vegetables which I miss way too often. Also time for some new pictures :-)

Lose 55 lbs and get back to my WW goal work off the excess bagage on my legs to help my artificial knees and failing hips and back last longer.

Trying to eat less junk, less fast food and more veggies and fruits.

I enjoy reading, used to do some knitting but haven't picked it up for a while. Bowled a lot before messing up the knee-now watch and try to coach my grandchildren. Enjoy water aerobics

I agree---kids nowadays have very little useful knowledge taught to thme and are oaverly tested.

So happy Bob has kept off of it for over 3 months now. He has anything with artificial sweetener in it now and it makes him sick. I looked up how much water we should drink and was surprised it is way more than 8 glasses a day! I am supposed to drink 13-17 and that is without intensive exercise...more if I do that. Check online how much you need and maybe the cramping will stop eventually. Thanks for stopping by my blog. emoticon
