OPERATION GET FINE ONE DAY AT A TIME!

Hello everyone.
Okay, so I had to change my previous titles from "Getting Fine in 2009" and "Gettin' Thin in 2010" to something more lasting because those years have come and gone and the pounds have come and gone and come again, so, I am here trying to be a healthier and happier person. That's the new goal, to try to make the person outside match the person inside!

Preventing winter weight gain sounds great to me! Lol
I'm working on logging in every day during the week too, I seem to not do as well on the weekends but it's getting better.
We definitely need to encourage one another, I know I need it badly!

Hey Kesha. Miss you too! Moving is so hard and it can throw the weight loss game on pause. I should know I've moved every year since dental school it seems. He he. Lol

My journey is going good. I'm currently trying hard to do a swift transition into fall. This time of year I crave comfort foods so I'm looking for healthy go to recipes for this time of year. You know I'm always working out so it's the same there. I want to add in weekly yoga though.

How's your plan going any adjustments needed for fall?

I'm guessing we will need to plan a girl meet up one of these days!

Hey Tamm! Yeah, we got moved and situated. The house is finally coming together, thank goodness. I'm finally back on it after floundering around for a while.
It feels good to be back on it.
