Push for Payoff

One of the most important lessons we end up learning when taking on our respective fitness journeys is just how STRONG we really are. We fight with ourselves, we put ourselves down, we growl, yell and cry in frustration, and sometimes we swear that we're going to give up. But we don't. We keep going, despite all of our negative thoughts. We keeping pushing for the payoff that we know we want and that we know we can reach!

On my own journey I've learned so much about myself, my strength and what I'm truly capable of. Most importantly, though, I've learned (but occasionally need a reminder) that the changes I'm making are for me and no one else. Your journey needs to be about YOU because you are important. That took me way too long to learn. I am important. I do matter. No one can change my body but me.

As long as we all keep pushing, nothing can stop what we will achieve!

My Goals:
My most recent weigh-in had me at 139.7 lbs. For now, my goal is to lose 15 lbs and evaluate how I'm feeling from there.

I'm hoping those last 15 lbs will help me reach my body ideal for myself and help me to flatten stomach!

My Program:
Currently, my program of choice involves doing weight training three days a week, high(er) intensity cardio two days a week and making sure to have a day devoted to stretching!

Personal Information:

Other Information:
When I started my real gung-ho effort at weight loss using Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis program I started a blog outside of SP to help keep me accountable, if only to myself, and to give me a place to get my thoughts down with respect to the program I was doing. I've let it fall by the wayside at this point, but I'm hoping to get back to it and keep it going!

You know I'm a DVD addict right. emoticon So yes, I'm thinking about it. Bren, (JITZUROE) had sent me a link to check it out, ordering it from Beach Body, during a free shipping special. So it was only $60. But I also saw it on AMAZON with free shipping for Prime Members, at $72 emoticon Plus AMAZON had a "deluxe" version for $135 or $150 can't remember. But a reviewer said, you get an additional workout buying the deluxe version directly from Beach Body. But I looked on BB.com and didn't even see a deluxe version. So….. Just wondering if I should bother. A lot of reviewers said, it was a good "add on" program to P90 or more intense workouts, so I was hoping you'd know the scoop.

Thanks for your message on my comment section! :-D So great to hear from you! I really am comfortable and confident now, it's insane to think back some months ago and contrast my emotions then and now. It's night and day. I'm glad that some of those major stresses in your life seem to be passing, especially you passing your conversion exam!!! CONGRATS!! :-D I'll have to call you Doctor Kettleburn eventually, lol. Also good on ya for putting your need to eat healthier foods first, your man will thank you, even if it's just as a result of you making the meals for him! He better thank you at least, lol.
