Thank you for the comment on my blog. I tried to find examples on line about how much vinegar to take. Web MD says 1-2 teaspoons in a large glass of water 1-2 times a day. I have read in other places up to six teaspoons total in a day. Always make sure it is really diluted and be sure to rinse the mouth to protect the tooth enamel. Dr. Oz and Dr. Mercola pretty much say the same thing too. Frankly, I like to put the vinegar on my salads and in my stir fry veggies. The lady in question was only drinking vinegar water and not eating anything. She was trying to detox. She had nothing but water to dilute the acid when it hit her stomach and it was making her sick. Hi Khalia2, Thank you for the note. Yes, it has been a while since I was on here. Mommy passed away in January 2013. I miss her badly, I am doing better now, and I am a grandmother. All is well with my family.
