Hi Jill!

Good to see you back and posting. I don't know any one legged exercises right of the top of my head. Everything I know you need two for balance. I'll keep thinking and if anything comes to mind will let you know.

I hope you are healing. I'm very sorry to hear that you got hurt. Hang in there! You were doing very well and I know you'll get back on track.
