Update Now 47 - Weight loss 70lbs - determined to become a member of the 100 club.

Spent the last 6 months walking my way fit - it worked now I start stage 2 - Running - I have set a goal to run 4 miles in 36 minutes by August 1st 2013 I will achieve membership of the 100 club on December 1st 2013. - Wish me luck

Update Now 46 weight back were i started at 329lbs - very pathetic. So here we go again - I will do it eventually I will be strong enough if i don't i die ...

Update - Now 45 I lost 58 lbs in 12 months after joining spark well on my way to target 100. After 9 months I got a leg injury that has got worse over the last 15 months with this as a ready made exscuse I have now but bvack on 59 lbs. - WHAT A PATHETIC IDIOT- So here I go again still with the injury so exercise can't do it for me so m aybe this time I will learn to control what I eat. - Wish me luck!

Hi 43 - used to be 201lb (now 326 lbs) rugby player who continued to eat the 5 meals aday when he stopped training every day. Now coach rugby and would love to play one more game at least.

My Program:
Eat less and exercise more!

Eat cereal for breakfast and lunch and dine with the family.

Exercise 5 times a week mainly cardio minimum 5000 calories burnt.

Coach Rugby Twice a week.

Personal Information:
I live in Shropshire England with my fantastic Wife and 2 oudstanding kids - Ak is 15 and plays Rugby to a very high level and VK is 14 and she plays Netball to a very high standard.

We also have a Borador called Tom who is 18 months old

Other Information:
I like to read fiction (ideally historical)

I love mountain biking

I can't sing and have zero musical talent.

I make the best french toast in the world (500 calories per bite)
