Onwards and upwards

Last time I was here I was 175 and now I am 185 lbs 1 1/2 years later !

My initial goal is 170 - starting now Jan 4th

Mini goals - 10 min cardio per day
8 glasses water per day
lunch/dinner- 1/2 plate with veges/fruit
NO EATING after 8:00 pm.

Wish me luck -

My Goals:
My goal is to become more fit , add muscle to all areas and lose 15 lbs -

My Program:
I walk my dogs everyday and garden .
I am going to stop eating anything in front of the TV, only have a few drinks on the weekend and do cardio 10 mintues a day.
As well I am going to start using light weights again
