In 2007 I made a spark page but never used it. Then in March 2010 I got more involved and again, stopped. July 2010 I re-committed and plan to stay committed. My commitment will help me succeed. This time I will focus on gaining habits that will lead me to a healthy lifestyle. I hope to get the support I need from other sparkies:)

I was surprised to see it in the vegetarian section of my ordinary grocery store--not a Whole Foods or a Trader Joe's (it's a Dominick's). It's delish and really spices up eggs ... I add mexican seasoning (or taco seasoning) to spice it up even more!
