Like the title says “KillRbee18 is back” (sad but true)! To all of my readers, I have been on this website for quite some time (member since 2009). Like the title says “KillRbee18 is back” (sad but true)! To all of my readers, I have been on this website for quite some time (member since 2009). Unfortunately, I too have fallen victim by bouncing in and out of this program. I will admit though, every time when I was on this program; I’d almost achieved my weight goal. I blame only myself! My biggest weakness is – my thinking! Every time when I would get to a point of being successful; I would get overconfident and go out on my own, and that is where I would fail miserably. In a nutshell, I’d stopped sparking! I’d stopped logging in, stopped staying in contact with my spark friends, stop counting calories, stopped educating myself, stopped asking questions, and I stopped logging my exercise results. And as time went on, I began eating junk food and started giving myself larger portions on a daily basis. And along with the bad eating habits the exercising would also come to a cease. And as we all know, my weight came back. So here I am and hopefully for the last time! I do plan on staying with it. I know for a fact, that Sparkpeople will be a part of my life and I know if I don’t I will go back to my past gross weight. And believe me; I never want to go back to that picture on the left again! So if you are taking the time to read my Intro; I will leave you with this positive note – this website does work! I’ve written this intro with true honesty! I will also give you a heads up when I write this; in order for you to be successful, you WILL have to put some time and commitment into this program (logging, exercising, and educating yourself). ** 5/13/14 - As of right now the wife and I are doing an HGC diet and it is great! on **July 15, 2014 - - The diet ended (Lost 40+ lbs within that short period of time).
** Eat right (counting calories).
** Exercise 7 x a week (45+ min).
