KillRbee18 is back (No Turning Back)!
TRUE STORY: Like the title says “KillRbee18 is back” (sad but true)! To all my readers, I have been on this website for quite some years. And every time I have attempted, I have almost achieved my goals (but somehow manage to fall off the wagon). I blame only myself! My biggest weakness is – my thinking! It seems to me that every time when I get to a point in the program of success, I feel that I have total control of my eating habits and go out on my own and that is where I fail. ...
TRUE STORY: Like the title says “KillRbee18 is back” (sad but true)! To all my readers, I have been on this website for quite some years. And every time I have attempted, I have almost achieved my goals (but somehow manage to fall off the wagon). I blame only myself! My biggest weakness is – my thinking! It seems to me that every time when I get to a point in the program of success, I feel that I have total control of my eating habits and go out on my own and that is where I fail. So I am back and hopefully it’s for the last time? If you are taking the time to read my Into; I would like to leave you with this – this website does work (look at the 2011 Recent Blogs: to the right-- it's PROOF)! I write this with true honesty! However, I will tell you this; in order to be successful you WILL put some time and commitment into this program (logging, exercising, and educating yourself). My Program:
6 days a week on my treadmill, spin cycle, push ups, cruches, and chin up bar. - 3 X a week Strength (Bowflex). - Be positive - Weigh in every Saturday and NO OTHER DAY! - Take a picture of myself once a month (at the beginning perferably)

Started this program serious 1/23/13 (for the fourth time) Civillian Job-- Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Project Resource Manager(Gov't employee) 2nd Job-- Naval Reserves. 1st class Petty Officer (22yrs and still going strong!!!!) Married to a wonderful/ beautiful woman - 20 yrs and we have 4 beautiful children SW1 (SCW) CHAVEZ NMCB 18 DET 0218 SEABEES "CAN DO"!
