I did enjoy the fish recipe! As a matter of fact I just got done it. My cooking skills need to improve yet, but my fish turned out edible! Hurray! I'm currently living in Carbondale, actually. Not my first choice, but the long distance me and my boyfriend were doing was just getting too hard.

Thank you for visiting my blog and commenting. After reading your comment, I had to stop by and tell you that in 1984 I had back surgery that went BAD!! The covering of my spinal cord was cut as well as the nerves dealing with below my waist and going to my lower extremities. I was left unable to walk and with permanent Caudia Equina Syndrome (which I accepted and moved on). I am a bit hard-headed and stubborn and when the doctors told me that I would never walk again, I had to prove them wrong. I had two small daughter to take care of. Not walking again for me was not an option. I still have some trouble as I have a dropped foot and other issues, but I can walk. I have completed five 5K walks in the past year just to prove to myself that I can. It takes me roughly an hour but each time I strive to do just a bit better...just because I can.
I am so sorry about your husband's disability and will pray for him. So happy for you that you can run...and don't take it for granted. I will be keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers. Praise the Lord for all He does in our lives.
    Blessings and hugs,
    Helen
