I am a yo-yo dieter. I have tried more than my fair share of diets. I lost 100 lbs on dr. prescribed pills but didn't keep it off. I also have been a member of Weight Watchers and did well on the program. I liked WW because it made me accountable at the weigh-in.

I know not to expect huge results overnight; I am going to take the time to change my lifestyle, and I'll change my weight. Weight loss doesn't just happen, it happens one step at a time.
Other Information:
There are no shortcuts to losing weight. You must think positively, eat nourshing foods, exercise daily.
