My Goals:
My long term goal is to be lean and healthy

I'd like to lose at least 30 lbs.

I'm working on 'becoming' a runner. While I've run in a few 5Ks it still doesn't come easily to me. I'd like to be able to run more easily, and run a 10K and longer.

My Program:
I followed the C25K plan to begin running, two years ago.

I'm in transition as far as my other eating and exercise program ....
