My Goals:
I am pushing to get in the 120's by the end of this year. However I am very happy to see the 130's again. It feels great to be at a healthy weight again :)

My Program:
M-S walk at least 45 minutes
Strength three times a week

Power 90 until November
Then I'll start a challenge with Hip Hop Abs for 30 days

I am 34 years old and am 136 pounds. I have lost 11 pounds and have a lifetime because I will never quit!

Somedays it seems like the worst enemy I have is me. You would think after a year of this I'd be able to figure things out, but I catch myself looking at the glass half empty way too often. I'm usually a pretty content and positive person yet when it comes to fitting fitness in when I have very little help with my three year old, that's when I start coming unraveled. It doesn't make sense at all. I've come a long way but the last few days have been difficult to shake the blues. I have little support, I need someone to talk to who is going through the same thing. I have no reason to feel down and out but I can't shake it. This is the hardest thing I've battled. The most difficult hurdles I have are in my mind.
