This time I'm committed, I've put my weight that I lost back on and I can feel the difference. I'm sick of the lack of energy and the fact that I hate my body. I don't want to have to worry about what my health will be like in the future, I'm done with this fat.

A little about me: I'm 24 and I work as a medical technologist in the blood bank. We adopted our dog Cooper a year ago and he keeps me active; dogs are great for getting you out of the house. I enjoy road biking and I want to shrink into my road bike. I'm done being a fat girl on a road bike, I want to rock the spandex. I've never been comfortable with my body image or have felt fit in my life, that's what I really want to do.

I love road biking, I just need the spandex to love me back.

I'm a knitter and crocheter and can never have enough yarn.

I'm a foodie, I like good food and that includes cooking and baking.
