My Goals:
Goals for 2013 - 1) Go to weekly Weight Watchers meetings w/ Husband 2) Daily Cardio miles/time 3) Daily AB workout with daughter 4) Daily water = 2L or more 5) Mothly date with Husband that includes physical activity 6) Going to break down my weight goal into 6 months to drop 50 pounds in each 6 months to bring me to my year end goal/goal weight! 1/2 year goal to be at 175 Yearend goal 1/1/14 - 125 pounds

Follow the Weight Watchers program Daily cardio and AB focus for the first 6 months of 2013.
Personal Information:
My name is Kim and I am the proud mother of my daughter and 2 step son's. I lived in WA for 29 years before I fell in love with my Superman and moved to PA to be with him. We were married on April 5, 2011. My battle with weight really started after my daughter was born. For years I did weight watchers and took it off. However it didn't help that I gained all that I had lost plus extra when I stopped smoking. Now I'm here to change ALL of that!! I love playing football and watching my Seahawks play. Love spending time with the family as we are always out doing something. Love to read and play games. Also love anything crafty. Not only do I want to drop all this weight for myself and my own personal health, but I also want to do this for my daughter. I want to be the positive role model that she is proud of.
Other Information:
I AM DONE BEING THE FAT GIRL! I am Done being the one to start something only to not finish it. ~update...I have taken control and I now have started to work out and finish it...one day at a time! I am Done looking in the mirror and not seeing the sexy woman I know that is inside of me. ~Update, I AM SEXY...I look at my body now and see the tone of my body taking place and know that I am one HOT mama! I am Done having this back fat! ~Update...It isn't all gone but I can say that it is going away a little more with each day in the gym! I am Done with having my legs swell because I have 60 extra pounds that need to come off! ~Update....I have lean legs that are shrinking and not swelling. With each day in the gym my legs are getting stronger!
