My Goals:
Right now I'm 6 days into a kick Diabetes wonder book. Morning liver cleanse, no sugar, etc.
I've been feeling tired and weak, but my blood sugars are improving and while I haven't completely eliminated foods with sugar, I've managed to eliminate the HFCS and have only had one diet coke all week. Progress, if not perfection. I figure the best way to start the weight loss miracle is lower blood sugars.

My Program:
Keep trying!

Personal Information:
I can't remember the password to my original a/c so I started a new site. My personal information is all there, except for retiring 12/28/2012. Then falling and having hip replacement surgury 12 days later!
Still recovering from that.

Other Information:
I still read a lot of good books, enough to consider it a vice. And spend an inordinate amount of time on my computer and kindle fire.
A small amount of time gardening, can't take the heat or bugs. And enjoy water aerobics.
