Today is a new beginning. I am starting again. In June 2008 I got derailed when my daughter nearly died and underwent a liver transplant. Since then it has been one crisis after another... and her health is severely compromised with ongoing issues....and I have just gotten up enough gumption a year later to re-attempt getting healthy. The good news is, of the twelve pounds I lost last year, I have kept four off. Its time though. Time to try again. I am tired of my knees hurting, ...

I am tired of my knees hurting, my sleep lacking, my back aching and my energy lagging. I know its the weight. I know I can't hide in my fat forever. Its a new beginning. A fresh start... and this time, its going to be just for me.
