What if...

I'm so glad to have found this. This site and the book just "felt" right when I began reading them. I'm a soon to be 37 year old nurse and married mom of two who has just recently started to feel old and obese. I have about 48 pounds to lose and I can't believe that!! I grew up athletic and fit and never struggled with weight, but as an adult I have pretty much always put myself last and no matter how nice I did look, always still saw the glass half empty so to speak. So gradually weight ...

I'm a soon to be 37 year old nurse and married mom of two who has just recently started to feel old and obese. I have about 48 pounds to lose and I can't believe that!! I grew up athletic and fit and never struggled with weight, but as an adult I have pretty much always put myself last and no matter how nice I did look, always still saw the glass half empty so to speak. So gradually weight creeped on. I did a couple of drastic programs that helped me get back down to 139 pounds and then "when it was over" it creeped right back...and then some. I'm still in shock and every time I look at myself or sit down and see that roll on my stomach I feel like I'll never be able to get fit again. But this program Sparked an idea...what if it is possible...what if it's not too late...what if the glass is half full:)
