A New Year and a New Me!

I am welcoming in the new year with the new me. Over the past twenty months I have lost fifty pounts. This is the year where I will keep it off. I have some pretty lofty goals for 2010, and this page is going to keep me accountable.

Goals to be Achieved by 2011

It's called burn out. Take a break--but make it a healthy one. We're not super heroes--even though, as you can tell from my blog I like to think I am. I get obsessed and find myself pushing too hard -- its the overachiever in us (teachers). Sometimes I have to remind myself that if I don't check off everything on my daily (too full) agenda, the world will not stop revolving and we will not all go flying off into outerspace. lol
