My little place to rant, rave, feel happy or sad. To see what's working and what's not.

My Program:
What I am doing to achieve my goals.
Track my food intake
Live in the calorie red zone
Exercise daily for 10 mins after
Jog 2/3 times per week
Swim 2 times a week
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Have 1 meat free day a week

Personal Information:
I am a single mum from Swindon, Wiltshire, UK. I workas a lunch time cover for a local nursery mainly in the ppretty school room, so kids aged 3/4 years old.

I am due to start a BCs Honours degree in Criminology and Phsychology which will take around 6 years to complete.

I am also working on a number of fiction novels which I hope to get published someday.

Other Information:

Jogging
Reading - fantasy, horror, supernatural based books.
Kick boxing
Yoga
TV : True Blood, TVD, Dexter, NCIS, Beauty and the Beast, Supernatural.

Please keep this in mind -- you can do it! Do not allow anything to get in your way of your dreams/ goals! Stay focus (1 day at a time) and do not let stress be the victor! C'mon I need your support too!

To my Spark Warriors (which is you),
I am sorry to write that there will be no weekly accountability report (WAR) for today and from now on. I have started blogging them so that I do not bunch up your Spark Page comments section and I will have a report that I can look back at and see if I am doing to what I wrote down.
