1. To love my life!

My 2015 Spring 5% Challenge commitments:

1. Nutrition:
No Snacking - that is the best method I have found to stay on track. If I have the discipline not to eat between meals, I am more capable of eating well at meal time.

2. Exercise:
At least 60 minutes of exercise every day.

3. Team participation
a. I will post my exercise and LTGL points daily
b. Post to the team wall and/or chat thread daily.
c. Visit team members pages and blogs to leave support, encouragment and goodies.

Hi my sweet, beautiful friend: I dare you to look in the mirror. Instead of finding your physical flaws, look at your best features. Your eyes? Your hair? Your smile? Focus on that for a minute and be grateful for it. I think you're beautiful and pray you do too!
