My 2016 Winter 5% Challenge commitments:

1. Nutrition:
a. Track everything!
b. No Snacking - that is the best method I have found to stay on track. If I have the discipline not to eat between meals, I am more capable of eating well at meal time.

2. Exercise:
a. At least 30 minutes of cardio exercise every day.
b. Strength training at least 3 days per week.

3. Team participation
a. I will post my exercise and LTGL points daily
b. Post to the team wall and/or chat thread daily.
c. Visit team members pages and blogs to leave support, encouragment and goodies.

Nobody knows the truffles I’ve seen. . .

I eat chocolate with my wine so that I’m not drinking wine on an empty stomach.

Everyone thinks a girl’s dream is to find the perfect guy. Pfft . . . .
In reality, every girl’s dream is to get thin by eating chocolate.

Anything with raisins in it would be 10 times better with chocolate chips instead; For example, a box of raisins.

If dark chocolate is less fattening, eat your chocolate with the lights out. Problem Solved!
