My Goals:
My new & improved goals are:
1. To love my life!
2. To be fit and healthy so that I can live life to the full.
3. To lose 5% of my weight in 8 weeks and meet my seasonal 5% Challenge Goal!


My Program:
My 2016 Summer 5% Challenge commitments:

1. Nutrition:
a. Control Portion size and no seconds!
b. No Snacking - that is the best method I have found to stay on track. If I have the discipline not to eat between meals, I am more capable of eating well at meal time.

2. Exercise - at least 350 minutes per week:
a. At least 30 minutes of cardio exercise every day.
b. Strength training at least 3 days per week.

3. Team participation
a. I will post my exercise and LTGL points daily
b. Post to the team wall and/or chat thread daily.
c. Visit team members pages and blogs to leave support, encouragement and goodies.

    Hi!

    Thanks for pulling Lobsterman to the Stars Team. I knew I would be sad if he didn't make "our" team. He's all set to post everyday and with me along, he'll get a gentle reminder about it.

    He's looking to lose about 10 pounds and my goal is bigger than the 5% (11.6 Pounds). I want to go for about 11% and I'm going to look at this challenge like that and hopefully get out of the blocks a lot earlier than the last challenge.

    Already working on it.

    TY VERY VERY MUCH !! I tried and tried this but yeah,,, I am totally USELESS when it comes to doing new things, though how you explained it makes sense !!

    I just put on the thread that's it's there,,, and Ceri told me how to put the name of the document (well I did it on the spreadsheet,, LOL See what I meant by NOT understanding???) So its titled Vet Record and when opened it explains things well.

    I REALLY DO get easily frustrated with puters.. When I get to stumped and the puter isn't doing what I want it to do,,,,, I just buy a new one.
