My 2015 Summer 5% Challenge commitments:

1. Nutrition:
No Snacking - that is the best method I have found to stay on track. If I have the discipline not to eat between meals, I am more capable of eating well at meal time.

2. Exercise:
At least 60 minutes of exercise every day.

3. Team participation
a. I will post my exercise and LTGL points daily
b. Post to the team wall and/or chat thread daily.
c. Visit team members pages and blogs to leave support, encouragment and goodies.

Isn't it amazing how quickly those calories (and sodium) add up? I did OK, coming in around 2400 calories. I don't usually look at the sodium, I'll have to check that out. I am reading the book "Grain Brain," by David Perlmutter, and have become much more lax about eating fat. We'll see how that goes for me.
