My Goals:
My new & improved goals are:

1. To love my life!
2. To be fit and healthy so that I can live life to the full.
3. To be in "Onederland" by September 15, 2014.
4. To be "overweight" not "obese" by December 15, 2014. (Target weight 174)
5. To reach a "Healthy" weight by March 15, 2015. (Target 145)
6. To be in maintenance by June 2015 and to stay there for the rest of my life!

My Program:
1. Eating healthy foods in proper proportions, only when I am full and faithfully tracking it!
2. During the Spring 5% Challenge I am committed to logging at least 600 fitness minutes each week!
-a. At least 30 minutes of Cardio 4 days/week.
-b. At least 30 minutes of strength training 4 days/week.
-c. Walk at least 15 miles each week.

Born and raised in New England, but I have been in the Midwest for 15 years now.
