My Life

I have recently been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and myalgia. I battle pain every day in everything that I do. I am trying to overcome, or at least lessen, the pain so that I can get back to the healthy lifestyle I lived before. I'd like to have a gym routine and eat healthy meals.

emoticon and emoticon , KJBURDEN! So glad you are here, but hate that you have RA. None of us likes it, but we can't seem to give it away! LOL! And my profile statement was almost identical to yours when I started here in June 2012. It was all about easing the pain, and now I am rocking my butt off and moving and I cannot believe I am doing it!! It still amazes me!

But I did want to reach out and welcome you to the team. We are a great bunch of women who try very hard to get through the days, and some of us do better than the others but we are always here to support each other.

If you get a chance, please introduce yourself to the team and tell us a little about you and what you do to manage your RA currently.
