Welcome to my Life!!!

Hi and welcome, my name is kendra and i will be 30 this year.. i have been heavy (ok fat) as long as i can remember.. about 4 years ago i was at 240lbs and i was a unhappy person so i lost 100lbs all by myself..I felt alot better about myself well about a year into my loss i gained about 15 pounds back not bad but also no good... thats when i decided it was time.. when you cant breath when doing little things its time... so i heard about sp and decided to try it out when i started i was 185 i ...
