Ok so I've been signing up then cancelling and did that a few times over the past few weeks, thinking I can do it on my own. In reality yes for the most part I can. To be honest it's hard writing everything down and counting calories and such all by myself, even though I bought all the calorie/food counting books yesterday. I still think I need to be here even if I am just using this to be accountable to myself for the most part.

My boyfriend had a talk with me,wasn't at all mean or nasty to me in anyway, but more out of concern for my health. It's obvious he loves me and doesn't want to lose me so I know now for my own health I have to do this but also he loves me enough to tell me please do this because I don't want to lose you.

So I am doing this for me but also for him.

My Goals:
1. Be healthier for me (and my boyfriend--see my introduction)

2. Fit into smaller clothes(some I already own but the rest will have to purchase)

3. Be more active in general and be able to ride my bike for longer than 5 minutes without pain or heat rash in my pelvic area.

4. Become a lifecoach and help others achieve their goals be it for weight loss, spiritual growth, personal development/growth etc.


My Program:
With ideas from Woman's World magazines,the Biggest Loser and wherever I can find information to help with weight loss,here on Sparkpeople or elsewhere and my own knowledge and using my best judgement as to what my body can do daily for exercise plus time constraints during the week, will exercise more on weekends than I can during the week. Plus incorporate meditation and journalling for emotional support and spiritual balance.



Personal Information:
I live in Vancouver BC Canada, born and raised. I am 46 years old and I do not desire to be heavy or unfit by the time I reach 50.
