Getting Healthy!

I am 29 years old and looking to create a healthy lifestyle. I have lost weight in the past but recently gained most of it back. I need to change my lifestyle so I can be healthy and not have to live on a diet! I want to have an active lifestyle with my husband!

My Goals:
I would love to lose about 20 lbs and then maintain a healthy lifestyle. I want my clothes to fit and for me to be more comfortable in my own skin!

My Program:
I am starting to run on the treadmill. it is getting easier. I love Jillian DVDs. She works you HARD! I try to work out 5 days a week.
