HERE I go again...

And again...I have put on a lot of weight, is it because of medication or just losing my mojo?

I graduated in December, and I past my board exam for Occupational therapy assistant in March. I have being working per diem in a skilled nursing facility. I love it!

Now I have to focus on the weight...so here I go again.

Look at that smile at the finish line...wanna feel that way again!!!!

I try to do at least 30 minutes 5-6 days a week.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mother of three beautiful children. I am very lucky to stay home and raise them. My husband works hard to take care of us.

I am a Occupational Therapy assistant graduate (12/13). Now studying for my board exam and hope to have a job by March!

Other Information:
I love to read books, magazines and the newspapers!! I hang out at the library alone or with my kids. I love to workout and be with my family. Camping is a big family thing for us. We camp at the beach and I am getting beach ready!!

Hello! I'm back!! I have not gone up or down, so I'm happy. We can do this! I am hoping by summer I will be lots more fit. I will check my messages when I get home for co-leader. I think we need a challenge from now until 12/31. Challenges would be helpful to stay on track. Would you prefer weekly or monthly challenges?

Wow! SP has updated the site! So far I like it! I joined the team and I'm ready to go!!! Let's do this! I need to figure either mini weight loss goals or tracking food goals. I'm not worried about the exercise, it's the eating, seeing the pounds disappear, and muscle definition improve!!
