"In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions.
It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently."

Hi KKLENNERT809,

Everyday that I make it to 10,000 steps then I get a dollar! When I don't make my goal I don't get my dollar. However when I get to $100 then I will be able to get something I deserve/reward. It could be anything that I chose to have. I have been thinking about new shoes, a new fitbit, pedicure, manicure, new outfit or spa treatment... just to name a few! Thanks for stopping by!! I appreciate the question and the input!!! emoticon

Currently at a nice healthy BMI... at 115 pounds and 5'3". Not a stick, but actuary health model spot on! And yes, this is a "thin" I can live with... even a couple of pounds more. I consider my center goal weight now to have crept downward to 119... but I can be 115 and still be OK. I can be up to 124 and still be OK, too. This "range", along with the fact that people call me "tiny"... yeah, I'm ready to allow "thin" as a descriptor, too.

"Every day of our lives we are faced with a choice.
The choice to BE, or to be truly AMAZING.
Ask yourself if what you're doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.
No matter who you are, or what you do, you absolutely, positively do have the power to TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE."
