A wake up call!
So, this is my 3rd time around with SP. But it is my most successful. Finally, I've decided to change my lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle instead of dieting. People ask me all the time if I'm dieting and I tell them,"No." I'm eating healthier and exercising for the first time in my life. By admitting this, it has made a big difference. There are no forbidden foods, therefore, I don't feel the need to sneak any foods. Also, I have set goals and rewards for each goal, and put ...
So, this is my 3rd time around with SP. But it is my most successful. Finally, I've decided to change my lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle instead of dieting. People ask me all the time if I'm dieting and I tell them,"No." I'm eating healthier and exercising for the first time in my life. By admitting this, it has made a big difference. There are no forbidden foods, therefore, I don't feel the need to sneak any foods. Also, I have set goals and rewards for each goal, and put them in print! This gives me something to look forward to. ( I can't think of a reward for 80 pounds. Can anyone help? I figure it will be around December.) I love SP! I hope you're all having as much fun as I am with it. Bless you all. Karen

My Goals:
Here are my reward goals. I figure this will help keep me motivated: 20 pounds lost: Buy Chef Meg's cookbook. 40 pounds lost: Pedicure 60 Pounds lost: Whiten teeth. 80 pounds lost: Help?? 100 pounds lost: massage 120 pounds lost: Outfit at Johnson Woolen Mill.
My Program:
My husband and I are sitting down and figuring out a menu for the week. We are also trying at least one new healthy recipe a week.
Other Information:
I love to read. God is my strength...I put all my faith in him.
