I lost 20lbs on Weight Watchers a few years ago and thanks to my Gyno was reminded that I've steadily gained it all back in the past two years. So, now I just want to lose the weight or at least a portion of it. I'm a size 10, most of my clothes are a size 8, so for the sake of my wallet, I don't want to be super skinny. Also, I like my curvy body!

My Goals:
I want to be able to fit back into my cute size 8 clothes from last year. I don't want to be super skinny, I like my curves, but winter wasn't nice to me at all!

I do want to tone my legs and arms. I've never felt comfortable about my arms.

My Program:
For the past month, I've been very committed to getting to the gym for both strength training and cardio for at least three days per week.

As for the diet, I need to cut back on my carbs. I LOVE carbs!
