~New Me~
So I have been a member of sparkpeople for quite a while! In 2010, I weighed in at 210lbs. I was mortified the day I saw that number on the scale. I didn't think I would ever let myself weigh more than 200lbs. Slowly I have come away from that number. I'm getting out of a pretty bad marriage, and am just trying to rediscover who I am/was. I would like to take the next year to really focus on me. Get back to a healthy weight, with a positive self image. And be strong!! ...

I would like to take the next year to really focus on me. Get back to a healthy weight, with a positive self image. And be strong!! In every way. The biggest part of my journey is the evolution of me. What I mean by that is how I am handling all of my struggles. Unfortunatly weight is not my biggest battle. I'm trying to find my path in life. I am tieing up loose ends, and just trying to rebuild, after my world came crashing down the summer of 2012. So my goals, well, I would like to get down to 135lbs, that is my ultimate goal but it is significantly more complex than that. I want to do a complete lifestyle makeover, so I'm more concerned with my lifestyle than the weight(which ends up being a positive side effect). So in order to reach my goal, I have a "slow and steady, wins the race" mentality. I've done it many times before working out for a few weeks going perfectly and falling off the wagon. So I'm making small changes, and blogging about it to implement habits and not binges.
