Why I Want To Get In Shape:
--I want to believe people when they tell me I'm beautiful.
--I want to be more outgoing.
--I don't want to worry about fitting in chairs with arms when I go out or worry about breaking lawn chairs.

My Dreams:
�Go into a store and buy off the rack - not in the plus size section
�Have all the bubbles cover me in the bathtub
�Eliminate health concerns
*Get rid of knee/back pain
*Actually feel sexy for the first time in my life.
�Never be asked, "when are you due?" again

Right now I am mainly focusing on:

*Drinking a GALLON of water per day

*Clean eating

*Moving more

I am doing quite well, Kyrsten. My new knee is doing awesome. It makes it so I can move around like I used to. emoticon Trying every day to do low-carb. Some days are great and others are emoticon If I can get the majority of the week down-pat, then I'm going strong. You can too, Gorgeous! I know you can. With the determination you have to do everything that we want to, we can turn that right into the things that we need to do, because we really want to do them, for our health down the road. emoticon emoticon

Thanks for your encouraging words on my latest struggling blog! Yes, I have done low-carb before and I'm going to try harder at it because I know that it really works. My husband liked that too as well as our son, so I could make that work for all of us. My husband love his potatoes, with his Irish blood. Ha! I'll see how it goes. Thanks again!

Ok Gorgeous, thanks for answering my questions about the shakes and the unwich! I may have to stick with the one with the bread and the Turkey Tom, with no mayo, and extra turkey sometimes.
