My Goals:
To complete my MBA weighing no more than I do now (give or take reasonable fluctuations).

To run Around the Bay. (It's "Older than Boston"!)

To be able to do "suicides" on the full height of the Chedoke Stairs.

My Program:
Run 4 days a week plus try to find ways to do the boring repetative strength training that I'm always glad I did, but hate getting started.

Try to get enough sleep! This is always the hardest part!

Take a moment every day to remember the positive.

Hi,
You had posted that you would use the stress you had and put it to good use versus bad, is this something that comes easy to you? Or did you have to work at it? Do you have some steps or tips for me to start making this transition, stress has always been a very bad trigger for me, not eating right, not exercising, etc. I would appreciate any suggestions you have.
