I am working on losing about 90 pounds, but don't feel ready for a "set goal". I had lost about 26 pounds, then broke my leg, and put most of it right back on. I have a regular walking regimen, and am working on improving portions and not so many snacks.

Losing 90 pounds. Keeping the flexibility in my ankles and legs (arthritis).

My Program:
Walking 4 miles 5-6 times a week when possible. PORTION CONTROL. Less sweets, more veggies...

Other Information:
Knitter, love sci fi, camping, reading (sci fi and mysteries), and have lots of pets... Also a big Tom Petty fan.
