Hey, there! The water challenge is okay by me, but I have to tell you that since I began on SP in Jan. '13, I have been drinking 8 cups of water every day. So, not really much of a challenge for me because I LOVE drinking that much water. I feel so much better and more refreshed, weight notwithstanding. We can go with it, though, and I'll pay extra attention to making certain I get it all in.
Hi, there! So nice to hear from you! I've been swamped, which is why I'm just now responding to your post. I love that you have challenged me, but it is a challenge I really can't do right now! Ha! I have an injured knee, and have been having a lot of trouble walking, so marching is out! Got something else I could substitute? I saw your last post to my page from April 2015 this morning. I am back on the site trying to get going again. I completely fell off the wagon and the site 2 years ago. I hope you're doing okay; you mentioned a back injury. I have been struggling with foot and knee injuries. Thank you! I just saw your comment on one of my photos. The family reunion one and yes...they all recognize me because they saw me a year before this one after the passing of my uncle in chicago. Some saw me before his passing, but everyone knew this change happened -it was just a shock for them to still see me at it for as long as I was. I normally reach but somehow like now...something stresses me and I yo-yo back to a close high. This time I caught it before I got way out of hand.
