No More (or Know More)

This is so hard.... Losing weight is not for the faint of heart. I have tried and failed so many times, I can't even count. It humbles me. I started the SPARK in April 2010 and did really well. In a year I had lost 44 lbs. Then I stopped SPARKING. I have no idea why, I just did. I put back on all of those awful pounds and then some.

My Goals:
[X] Feb. 15th - 10 lbs.
[X] Mar. 24th - 5 lbs.
[ ] Apr. 15th - 5 lbs.
[ ] May 15th - 3 lbs.
- Be down 23 lbs in 4 months.
- Be down 30 lbs. by my family reunion in July.
- Be down 40 lbs. by my birthday in Oct.
- Be down 50 lbs. by the end of 2013.


- Drink 64 oz of water a day
- Eat 7 servings of low carb veggies a day.
- Make small realistic goals for myself every month.
- Exercise!!! (Even though I hate it).
- Live a low carb lifestyle. It's what works for me.
- Be honest with what I am eating. Log it everyday.

My Program:
I am a carbohydrate addict and it is my ultimate downfall. I need to live a low carb lifestyle to become healthier. It's just a fact for me.

Small failures are acceptable as long as I understand why they happened and have a plan to adjust them for success the next time.

Personal Information:
My name is Beth and I live in northern Illinois with my husband, my son, my step-son and two dogs. I work, I play and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to travel. Rome is by far one of the most beautiful destinations that I have travelled to. If anyone needs any advice on Rome, I am more than willing to share! 2012 was a wonderful trip to Paris.

Other Information:
I'm an artist at heart. In 2013, I will be converting a room in my house into an ultimate craft space. I play the violin everyday. It frustrates me and brings me joy at the same time.
