You and I are about the same weight and I need to lose 30 lbs. Just started the Sonoma Diet today and telling everyone. It's a great diet, only whole grains, veggies, lean protein, etc. Difference is you just fill your 9" plate with the appropriate amounts and you will lose. Great for dining out. I'm about to go grocery shopping to stock up.
