My Goals:
Lose the weight I've gained after I stopped Sparking.

After I get the weight off again, I would just love to learn how to maintain.

My Program:
Do cardio and strength as often as I can.
My program will always change. My work schedule doesn't allow me the pleasure of saying that I will workout on certain days.

Personal Information:
I'm 5'4" and 55. I'm a wife to the Greatest Man, my soulmate! He. Is. A. Saint! I'm a mother of 2 boys. The oldest is 25 and is starting his life over. My youngest is 24 and works construction management and seems to be dealing with life very well.

Other Information:
I work full time with lots of overtime.
I love to do just about anything outdoors - Spring Summer and Fall. I'm not an outdoor winter person.

Hi Karen - I'm in a similar situation to yours with mother-in-law needs. Currently my MIL is at short term physical rehab where we hope she will regain conditioning lost during a leg infection this summer - and actually for the past year. What to do if and when she finishes this? So, I'm sending the very best wishes your way for getting things ready for your MIL's arrival and then adjusting to the new set-up!!!
