My Goals:
Develop lifestyle habit of regular weekly cardio exercise

Integrate healthier (not perfect) nutritional habits



My Program:
Current exercise target is 180 cardio minutes/week, changing up treadmill speed and elevation to keep it challenging.


Current nutritional target is to use Nutrition Tracker consistently and stay within target calorie range over the course of each week.

Personal Information:
I'm one of the 10-15 thousand people lucky enough to live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I have a terrific husband; together we've launched 3 kids into adulthood and still have (most of) our sanity. Now the two of us ride herd on an exuberant chocolate Lab.

Other Information:
Thought for Today: The world is full of people who will go their whole lives and not actually Live one day. She did not intend on being one of them.

that thigh cramp may have come from my hip flexor or my spine or both ... I still get twinges but no major spasm since
