Lover of SUGAR.

I'm so happy I joined this website. I never thought it'd come in handy, but it really is inspiring. A lot of people have helped answer the questions I needed to really get into shape and get started. I am now on track and starting to train to run my very first 5k run. I'm so excited and I can't wait to be at my goal wait and be a happy runner every day of my life (already am)! :)

I also use the podrunner intervals. I just love the mixes. :) I was a GW28K w6 when I started feeling knee pains. I stopped for 3 weeks. I'm going to try continuing it tonight. :)
