emoticon just stopping by to wish you a Happy emoticon day and share a quote by Shel Silverstein:

:I will not play tug o' war. I'd rather play hug o' war. Where everyone hugs instead of tugs, Where everyone giggles and rolls on the rug, Where everyone kisses, and everyone grins, and everyone cuddles, and everyone wins."

I hope you celebrate National Hug Day with lots of emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

My quote for today by ~ FM Alexander ~

"People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures."

So, I guess that means we should start making habits that will create the future we want! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Not leaving for a couple weeks yet. When you get old like us, you have to plan your escape around doctor appointments - last year was me and my gut surgery - this year hubby's annual is coming up. If all goes well with that, we will be leaving early February. I'm so ready to run in warmer weather again!

Thanks for the suggestion. The one I have now is on the cheaper end. I only want to replace it because I have trouble with the initial connection between watch and chest strap.
