Konrad695 aka- Konrad at the Steinhaus.

Just your average 43 year old man trying to retune that lost health and get my form back. Have a wife, 2 kids, mortgage, and the family wag (living the American dream). My Goals:
First goal is to once again get fit and toned. Would like to complete any run without pain or injury. Plan on some road races, trail runs, at least one marathon, and an ultra trail run.

My Program:
Plan on- Tracking food to keep diet honest. Doing whatever I can to reset body to a healthy level without hurting myself. Focus on stretching, strength, and relaxing. Trying to maintain an all around body/mind health.

Personal Information:
Original life goal was to be a Bio-Chemist, that didn't work out. Settled into my current life and working to push that sun back up in the sky. Gluten free with a bad thyroid.

Lol! Slow and fast are definitely relative. 9 min pace is my slow and steady pace. On a good day, I can run my two mile fitness test under 14 min. Enjoy the run, whatever your pace!
