I'm 25, I have a major problem with yo-yo dieting and can't seem to stop it. :P. I gain more weight every time and need to cut this cycle off NOW. Feel free to ask if you want to know something else.
I would like to lose about 50 lbs. I want to eat 5 servings of fruit and vegetables daily, and drink lots of water.
I am trying to follow the spark diet and exercise plan :).
