Life Long Fitness

I've struggled with my weight all of my life, I was a cheerleader and a dancer and both sports are very competitive when it comes to your looks. I am now aiming towards conquering the summer and be confident in my body. Is it possible to lose weight through the holidays? I hope so!

My Program:
I'm a gym rat. I've formed great relationships with trainers and instructors at my gym. Whatever I'm in the mood for is what I do! I try to do yoga 3-4 times a week because I am aiming towards flexibility.

Zumba, ballet body, cardio circuits, running groups, you name it and I've tried it!

I'm on a running program and hope to run my first 5K this summer.

Personal Information:
Did I mention I also LOVE to cook? It was one of the turning points for me. I also love to bake and I've adapted LOTS of recipes to fit my diet. Carrot cake is my favorite, and if you make it right its around 150 calories a piece! Plus tons of fiber and protein from the nuts, fruits, and carrots that go in.

Other Information:
There's no better feeling in the world than starting off thinking you can't do something and you do it anyway.

Thank you for commenting on my page. You should get as many of the Doctor seasons as possible. I'm finally getting used to Matt but still miss David Tenant, the former doctor. And, if we're really talking traveling to the past I'd go back to when Tom Baker was the Doctor. Loved him and his looooooong neck scarf.
