The thing is I totally love them. So going without is kind of killing me. But I just wanted to do a test, as I had been having at least a smoothie a day for like 6 years. That's a LOT of kale. LOL Jury is still out. But if I go back I will be using different greens… like sunflower sprouts. emoticon YUM!

L-O-O-O-V-E Green smoothies!! But taking a little break from them. I heard that too much kale/spinach/cabbage can cause thyroid issues. So I wanted to do a little test, that's when I joined SP. Look forward to getting to know you. emoticon emoticon emoticon
