Hmmm...what to say...
I'm 37. I love Jesus. I've been married to an awesome guy for the past 16 years and I still like him. We have two boys who keep us entertained, drive us crazy, and make our lives quite fulfilling and never boring. I teach 3rd grade at the best school ever. I've lived in Wyoming for the past 25 years and I love it. I don't love the weather, but I do love Wyoming! I hate diets that say you can't have certain things, so I'm simply tracking calories, try to eat a fairly balanced diet, and try to exercise as much as I can. I've recently started running two miles and I'm hoping to increase my distance. I'm a treadmill runner, as it's easier with kids and I'm also quite klutzy and feel more comfortable on my treadmill than I do running outside. I'm also not fond of running in the wind, which is inevitable when you live where I do! Anyway, I think that's about it...have a fabulous day! :)

I live in Cheyenne, WY, and although I complain about the weather when it's cold, I LOVE having the mountains in the distance, the beautiful no-too-hot summers, and hardly any bugs! I am married to my best friend and we have two brilliant and adorable sons! (Doesn't everyone think their children are adorable and brilliant? :) ) I teach third grade at an awesome elementary school and although my job is very challenging, it is very rewarding and I love it!
I love Jesus, my husband, my kids, reading books (Harry Potter, Narnia, other kids and YA fiction, as well as John Grisham) knitting, journaling, writing fiction, and teaching at the most awesome school in the world!

Love helping people get in shape it's a great feeling. So here are a few tips. I saw you pic and based on your body type please make sure you incorporate some deep squats and some push up and set a goal off one pull up to be reach in a few weeks

love the new years day pic... we weighed in the same but I'm about 8 inches shorter than you so I've got a little more work to do to. We gave up soda a few years back for lent and my hubby has stayed strickly to no soda. I occasionally have it (mostly for a mixer in drinks when we are out celebrating) but after getting over the initial missing it, it's been very rewarding! You can do it!
