Starting over 2010:
I am a single mom of a four year boy who means the world to me. And so here I am starting a new year for him and me. I want to be the mom that gets off the couch and plays games, toys, and sports with my son. I want to be there for him!
I have admitted that I eat when Im tired, bored, angry, or sad. So now that I know this, I need to THINK BEFORE I EAT!
So I am setting new goals for 2010:
MAIN GOAL: Be 145 lbs , no set time or date, JUST DO IT!
Join swim team ( swam for 16 yrs of my life before I had my son)- ACCOMPLISHED
2nd Half marathon- ACCOMPLISHED! time 2:07
3rd Half Marathon- Oct 3: GOAL UNDER 2 hours:::::::

Gain energy, run around with my four year old, look in the mirror and I will be happy what I see no matter what the number on the scale says.....and eventually I want to lose those last couple of pounds. BECAUSE I CAN DO IT!!!
I work out everyday in some fashion, it is either a work out video, running on the treadmill, using the eliptical, weights, and I also have started taking the classes at my gym- they are free! and they offer a variety of moves which keeps my interest!
Tracking my food!!!
Im Jumping back on the wagon. After dealing with a lot in my relationship with my ex, my son, my family, and myself, I took a hit and it took me awhile to get back up. I am now a single mom just trying to make it work. I am now beginning to find myself again and here I am back on the wagon for good!!!!
(still watching out for those sweets- they are every where!!)

All is well ... found a new job, starting my workout regimen all over after taking 1+ years off so I'm hoping paleo will help kickstart weight loss and overall healthy living. Starting crossfit Monday night so that will be interesting. :-)
What sort of surgery did you have? (If private, then you can send me mail.) How's everything else going? Anything new and exciting?

Thanks for commenting on my blog. Lesson's learned the hard way sometimes make the greatest impression.
Scary stuff when your self control goes hey wire. I knew it MIGHT happen sooner or later, I just got a little panic stricken when it did. Thankfully, I am returning to my pre-holiday common sense eating. My body felt sluggish, bloated and I even experienced that sugar rush --more than once. Oh my.
Hope 2014 is another year of successful weight loss and maintenance for us both.
