My Goals:
To become healthier overall (mind & body).

Shed the pounds so I can wear cute clothes again!

My Program:
Food Tracking everyday, for everything that goes into my mouth.

Portion Control is Key!

Home cooked over take out.

Walking Everyday with the pup.

Strength Training 4-5 times a week.

Cardio at least 5 times a week.

Drink more water!

Personal Information:
I feel like I've already lived 3 lifetimes!

I was on disability for over a year for severe anxiety & depression. Doing much better now, but some days are still a struggle.

Working full time, married & have the cutest most loving little shih tzu.

Finally at a place in my life where I can focus on making myself happy.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I had gotten rid of my family issues for two years by leaving, but had to move back due to unforseen circumstances. Luckily I'll be gone in a year so all will be well again!
