A New Year & New Goals!

Last year, I joined in June & ended up loosing 44lbs!

This year I hope to continue pushing myself forward and work towards my goal of 110lbs lost.

Current Status:
KRISTA987 Trying to take a before picture for the 5% Challenge & the mirror fell over & shattered! Had to use tiny bathroom mirror. Good thing I'm not superstitious! If I wasn't touching it, I didn't break it!

Food Tracking everyday, for everything that goes into my mouth.

Portion Control is Key!

Home cooked over take out.

Walking Everyday with the pup.

Strength Training 4-5 times a week.

Cardio at the gym at least a few times a week.

Drink more water!

Personal Information:
I feel like I've already lived 3 lifetimes!

I was on disability for over a year for sever anxiety & depression. Doing much better now, but some days are still a struggle.

Working full time, married & have the cutest most loving little shih tzu.

Finally at a place in my life where I can focus on making myself happy.

Trust me, there is NOTHING to be jealous about for work travel. While sometimes it's not bad, it's not like it's truly fun. Trust me on this! I'd rather be able to go to the gym as usual!

You should totally do one of the fun runs like the color run. There are oodles of them out there. They're usually not timed and everyone's there to have a good time more so than compete. It's a great place to get started, although they can be a bit pricier than the "for charity" races.
