*no eating in front of the TV/brush my teeth after dinner (night time kills me!)

*walk 2-3x/week
*no mindless *eating/snacking
*measure portion sizes

Thank you so much for the sweet sweet message! Today has been a rough day- I'm letting the stress of school get to me and I'm reverting back to old habits of eating my anxiety away... Not good!!!
Now I've got lots of gum and water next to me so hopefully I can stop the train before I get out of hand! haha

Hope your week is going well dear! Mine has been okay, but I sabotaged myself a bit at the grocery yesterday- I thought I could handle some peanut-butter covered pretzels and chocolate covered almonds, but after probably 10 almonds and wayyy too many pretzels, I realize I'm just not ready for that kind of stuff to be around... Oh well! I threw them out and now it's back to veggies and egg-whites....
I'm telling myself that if I stay on track tomorrow, I will make myself a small, individual pizza for dinner (I've been really craving pizza! haha)
Anyways, my workouts have been really great even though I hurt my knee and had to stop running for a bit- I'm just biking and ellipticalling away!
Hope you have a fabulous week and don't sabotage yourself with sugar like I did!!
